ORDERS

How do I submit orders for fulfillment?

We have designed a fully-customized, secure on-line area to accept orders from our drop shippers. When you get an order, simply log-in to our site and select the product you need. If you have any special requests, you can even enter them right here! It’s never been so easy!

Where do the orders ship from?

Orders ship from one of our warehouses in the USA (New York or California) or Eastern Europe.

How do I pay for submitted orders?

At the time of order submission, you are required to submit payment. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Checks may be accepted ONLY on orders of over $1500 and on accounts which have been active for at least 90 days. Google Checkout may be used on orders up to $200 only.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

For every month that you submit at least order totaling $75, we’ll waive the $39 inactivity fee. You only pay, when you don’t submit a qualifying order during a calendar month. And--- its JUST $39 bucks!

Do I have to sell products at a certain price?

No. You can sell any items to your customers for any price you wish, BUT we do offer a suggested retail price (MSRP), which is clearly displayed for each product in the drop shipper inventory catalog.

How is the MSRP established?

Our team continuously researches the market. We know our competition – your competition – and we set prices that will allow you to successfully compete, while demonstrating superior product quality, and maximizing your profit margin!

Do my customers become DropShipHair.com customers?

NO, absolutely not! That would be unethical. Your customers are your customers. We never collect your customer information for purposes other than order fulfillment. We never ask for your customer sales receipts. We never contact your customers directly or try to sell anything to them. We value our esteemed reputation and the trust of our business partners!

Can my customer pay you directly for an order?

NO! You are our customer.We do not do business with your customers. Period.

Who handles the customer service?

You are 100% responsible for your own customer service. Your customers are NOT our customers. YOU are our customer, so we will only and exclusively deal with you—the drop ship member.

How does the customer get a receipt for the sale?

It is the drop shipper’s responsibility to provide the customer with an electronic or print invoice or receipt to the customer for the purchase.

What paperwork is included in the final shipped package?

Nothing! Absolutely no financial transaction data is included. YOUR COMPANY NAME is on literally everything -- the shipping label and the product label if you wish!


PACKAGING

What standard packaging will products ship in?

ALL human hair products will ship with no label in the plastic bag only or with your company's label. Under requirement of law, hair care products must be labeled according to government regulations.

Of course you can upgrade your packaging anytime with custom full-color printed cardstock inserts or boxes!

Do you offer private label on Arli Blake® Signature products?

YES! Arli Blake® hair extensions & wigs may be private labeled. As a standard feature, Arli Blake® Signature hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, etc.) may be co-branded. Minimum quantities are required on these items. Full private label rights are available on hair care products under contract. ALL other items in the drop shipping program are immediately available for full private labeling with YOUR company’s name & logo!


What are the options and costs for private labeling?

We can offer many packaging options including plastic bags, cardstock, peel-n’-stick labels, and rigid boxes -- all with full-color printing! Costs & minimums vary depending on your requirements.

What do I need to get started?

You will need the following: (1) a general business license; (2) a valid ID and (3) a winning sales-driven attitude!

Do I need a cosmetology license to join this program?

TROUBLE SHOOTING

What happens in the event of an order cancellation?

Orders may be canceled with written notice via email only within 3 hours of submission. See Agreement Terms & Conditions in the last page of the registration area for further details.

What happens in the event of an order refund request?

We stand behind the superior quality of every product we make & ship. We will offer exchange and/or store credit in the rare event that you are supplied on defective or incorrect merchandise. See Agreement Terms & Conditions in the last page of the registration area for further details.

What if there is an obvious error on the shipped order or the product is defective?

Each product is tested and quality assured before shipment, so the likelihood of error or defect is extremely rare. But, if it ever happens, notify us within 3 days of carrier confirmed delivery, we’ll issue the RMA details, investigate, and if we’ve made a mistake, we’ll correct the situation at our expense!

We’ll also issue a $25 credit to your drop ship account!
